Access Criteria

We optimize for verified, intentional usage. Access is granted based on adherence to standard web protocols and lack of malicious intent.

Optimizes For

  • Zero-latency user experience
  • Intellectual property protection
  • Sustained community stability

Sacrifices

  • Tolerance for abuse
  • Data portability on demand
  • Legacy browser support

1. License to Use

LevelLabora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the website strictly for personal, non-commercial viewing. This is not a sale of any intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit the content without express written permission.

The "digital playground" we provide is a closed ecosystem. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the visual assets, extract code, or scrape data constitutes a breach of this license. We reserve the right to revoke access at any moment if we detect automated extraction or bot-like behavior.

2. User Conduct

As a user within the LevelLabora infrastructure, you agree to operate within standard parameters. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Transmitting any malware, viruses, or destructive code.
  • Harassing other users or disrupting the community atmosphere.
  • Using the site to promote illegal activities or violate local laws in Turkey or your jurisdiction.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or related systems.

We view the community as a tactical unit. Malicious actors compromise the integrity of the grid and will be flushed immediately.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual design, typography, custom SVG diagrams, schematics, and structural logic (the "Blueprint") are the exclusive property of LevelLabora. This includes the "kinetic typography," "app schematics," and the "HUD aesthetic" which constitute our trade dress.

The "LevelLabora" name, logo, and associated visual motifs are protected trademarks. You are granted no right to use these marks for any purpose without explicit authorization. Unauthorized use will be treated as trademark infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

LevelLabora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevelLabora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the website. This includes any loss of data or profit, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the LevelLabora website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Operational Scenario: The Overflow

The Setup: You are developing a third-party tool that interfaces with LevelLabora's public visual assets. You believe this benefits the community.

The Test: Does your tool respect the `robots.txt` file? Does it request data at a reasonable rate? Does it use the assets for commercial gain?

The Outcome: If the request volume is high or the usage is commercial, the internal security algorithms will flag the activity. Access is severed. You receive a generic block notification. No manual appeal is processed for automated violations. Precision protects the ecosystem.
